Can I Order Online? What If It's A Large Order?
Absolutely! Orders can be placed online for delivery or pickup, regardless of size. If your order is going to more than one address (i.e. gifts for multiple clients/employees), it's easier to call us so that we can place the order for you.
How Far In Advance Should I Order?
If you have a specific date and time in mind, you should place your order as soon as possible to secure it. Otherwise we ask for 48 hours notice for orders of 5 - 10 dozen and 5 days' notice for orders over 10 dozen.
Do You Have Gluten-Free Options? Vegan? Sugar-Free?
Yes! We have a large selection of vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options.
Is Your Facility Nut-Free?
Yes! Our facility is tree nut-free, peanut-free, and coconut-free. Additionally, our all-purpose flour, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered pretzels, and Vanilla Extract all come from either nut-free companies or companies that produce these products in nut-free facilities. HOWEVER, we cannot make any guarantees that our other ingredients came from nut-free facilities, therefore cross-contamination may have occurred prior to arriving in our facility.
Should We Refrigerate Our Cupcakes?
Any cupcakes with filling or cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated. Other cupcakes can be stored at room temperature.
Are Your Gluten-Free Cupcakes Suitable For People With Celiac Disease?
No. While we make every attempt to avoid cross-contamination, our gluten-free cupcakes are made in the same facility as our regular cupcakes.
